Not 100% in love with your items? No problem.

We’ll gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached.

Simply mail it back to us within 14 days of your order date and we will exchange the item or give you the cost of your item(s) as a credit to our store.

Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and your credit has been processed. You may redeem the gift card code online.

Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.

EXCHANGE DETAILS

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the new item, then sending the original item back to avoid selling out.

If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, or have a question about exchanging, shoot us an email at hello@eternallifeandstyle.com and we’ll help.

PLEASE NOTE

Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges after 21 days cannot be accepted.

The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. If we received any item in an unsellable condition, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you.
